Oscar Lee - Almost Confident
This brazen track, written by the debonair Oscar Lee of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated. Almost Confident was written in 2009 when he began writing songs specifically with the intent to create & share music. The verses seemed to come off a little cocky, so it influenced him to include the chorus "I'm almost confident" as a means to remind himself, "I still needed to accomplish more before I could fill the shoes of the persona created within the song". For those of you that miss the 90's, Oscar Lee's EP Scattershot is reminiscent of 808's, smooth tones, & articulate punchlines.
