Don't Call It A Comeback...But Hey, We're Back!

Hey! We know it's been a while since we've given you consistent posts and features, but we're back! We just want to update everyone on what we were up to during our hiatus.

I (Trice), spent fall semester studying in Italy at the Richmond University in Rome Study Center. It was molto bene e bellissima!

When I returned spring semester I took my last 15 credits of undergrad, while also interning with Mopwater Social PR and HBCU Digest. I also hosted a fashion show with a previous Urbane Spotlight Feature Figure of Speech Lifestyle Co. for my senior project.

 Last but not least, I graduated! I am now a holder of a Bachelors of Arts degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations and minor in English.

 I am now the Manager of Public Relations for a new and amazing all natural health and beauty product line Astronowyl. Check that out! I've missed writing for Urbane and I'm excited for what we'll be bringing to you this summer. 

Halle' is now a rising senior at Claflin University. Like the two peas in a pod we are, she will also be receiving her BA in Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations spring 2014. She has recently relocated to Atlanta, GA and plans to network and continue to work towards spreading the word on Urbane.

She is looking to do freelance PR and interning during her final undergraduate year, as well as continue to work closely with those we have built relationships with and build new partnerships. She prides herself on being a mentor and role model in the Mass Communications department at Claflin

 

An interesting fact, she can also be called DJ Hellz. Not only is she a master writer and Public Relations professional, but she's looking to improve & expand her DJ skills. 

We're looking to feature more up & coming talented and innovative entrepreneurs, artists, designers, and move makers. So if you're out there, we're looking for you! We appreciate all of the support we have received thus far, and we won't disappoint. We're still keeping a close eye on what's next. Oh yeah, Urbane's first birthday is May 29th! We're thinking of something special to do.
