The Floorwalkers
I came across this amazing band while attending Fashion Rocks Columbus in Bicentennial Park in Downtown Columbus, OH this past weekend. It's safe to say, I found Ohio's hometown heroes. Their grassroots and blues sound seems as if they came straight from Louisiana and jumped right on stage. The band consists of Johnathon Elliott(vocals), Theo Perry(guitar), Kerry Henderson(guitar), Ben Meinhold(bass), Tom Lasky(drums), and Nate Kremer(keys). Their music is soulful and engaging. They are a solely independent band that tours locally and nationally and puts on an amazing live show. This is important, because every great musician you find does not sound the same live, trust me when I say they sound even better live.
